Mentors Needed for Skype Partner Program

Are you looking for something fun this summer and interested in new cultures, friends, and languages? International Student Services is piloting a Skype Partner Program for new (starting August 2015) international students and we need current Widener students as mentors. Current students will be paired with new international students and will “meet” on Skype for 1 hour per week over the summer (minimum of 8 hours).

Applications are available by going to Campus Cruiser > @Widener > Offices > International Student Services.  Please click on the “Skype Mentor Application" tab.

We will begin reviewing applications from April 20 to June 30 and the first group of Skype partners will begin their conversations in late May. Training and sample conversation topics will be provided.
