Job Requirements

Crozer-Keystone Street Team members must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a legal driver’s license.
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to interact with a range of people in a professional manner.
• Have a flexible schedule and the ability to work nights and weekends.
• Maintain promotional equipment.
• Undergo mandatory education and training session.
• Previous communications, marketing and/or customer service experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift event items up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Job Responsibilities

Crozer-Keystone Street Team members may be asked to:

• Attend events throughout Delaware County to promote the Crozer-Keystone Health System. At these events, team members will be expected to wear Crozer-Keystone-branded clothing and pass out information and giveaways to attendees. In some instances, team members may also be asked to solicit and receive information from attendees, such as names, addresses and e-mail addresses.
• Visit neighborhoods to pass out materials and speak with residents about Crozer-Keystone facilities and programs.
• Assist with set-up and tear-down of promotional displays/materials at these events.
• Complete reports related to participation in the activities above.
