Constitution Day Speaker

The Constitution Day Speaker will be on Monday, September 16, 2013. This event will be held in the Webb Room from 11:30 am to 1 p.m. and will feature Dr. Wes Leckrone, a professor in the Political Science department.  A reception with light refreshments at 11:30 a.m.

He will discuss “Why Progressives Should Love Federalism." Federalism is more than 1950s “states rights." This talk lays out the case for why federalism isn't just for conservatives
