During the week of October 19th, Widener University will celebrate Food Week.  We'll explore ways to take action to solve food-related problems in our community at the local, state, and national level.

During the entire month of October, the Office of Civic Engagement will host a food drive on behalf of the Better Living Center in Chester, PA.  Boxes will be set up in the University Center (by stairs to the Upper Level), Wolfgram Memorial Library, and in the residence halls for canned and/or nonperishable food items. 

Students, faculty, staff, and alumni can also donate goods through our online food drive.  Items purchased will be shipped directly to the Better Living Center at the end of October.  To get started, visit https://yougivegoods.com/widener
