Chester Community Improvement Project (CCIP)CCIP is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization based in the City of Chester; established in 1978 by a group of Swarthmore College students, community residents, and ministers to combat dumpsites housed in the City of Chester. CCIP currently focus on rehabilitating Chester’s abandoned housing stock.

Chester Upland Youth SoccerChester Upland Youth Soccer is 501C3 non-profit that uses soccer to mentor youth, teach healthy living habits, and engage families within the Chester and Upland communities. Soccer for Success is our free afterschool soccer program—designed by the US Soccer Foundation.
